Our structure
EUMEPS is built from the grounds up to advocate for and enhance the Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) industry's role across Europe. Its effectiveness is reinforced by the strategic coordination of its Secretariat, the insightful governance of its Board of Directors, and a rich diversity in its members’ representation. This ensures a comprehensive approach toward industry advancement and sustainability.
The Team
EUMEPS’s Secretariat is composed of a dedicated team that oversees the organisation's comprehensive activities, from policy development to technical standards and communication strategies. The Team’s collaborative efforts ensure that EUMEPS effectively advocates for the EPS industry, driving forward initiatives for sustainability, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
The Board
The Board of Directors, alongside the Director General, sets the strategic orientation of EUMEPS and oversees its activities. As a balanced decision-making body, the Board of Directors includes Raw Material Suppliers, Converters, National Associations and Recyclers each contributing to EUMEPS’ strategic orientation with proportionate voting rights.
