“Having in mind my activity for more than 19 years in industry of EPS &XPS, i had many challenges: market
volatility (big fluctuation in raw material prices, market demand), economic pressures (unpredictable
consumption patterns), supply chain disruptions (geopolitics instability, pandemic years). Even in these
situations, I believe in needs for stability and strategic planning, and even navigating significant
challenges, Austrotherm company together with its team, continued growth and show resilience.”
A word of advice
“As a female leader in a predominantly male sector, I am focused on an inclusive work environment, I value
professionalism and open minds, creativity and flexibility, not taking into consideration gender differences.
The construction industry, in particular the EPS industry has a lot to offer to young women today. The demand
for skilled professionals in the thermalization industry remains high, especially with the push to shape
sustainable, beautiful and safe environments. In this regard, there are many open possibilities for ladies:
Engineering, Architecture, Project management, Digital construction, etc.”
