Biggest challenges and achievements in her career
"My key lessons: choose a job that becomes your passion and be disciplined. Be true to yourself — if you build
your career against your basic personal values, it will be difficult to succeed. Don’t change jobs too often if
you are interested in the long-term results of your work. Don’t give up too easily when obstacles appear. Be a
problem-solver. Don’t take things personally. Don’t assume anything – always check facts.
My key successes include the creation of profitable disruptive innovations for several building applications in
very diversified markets, the globalization of business, and the financially efficient management of the EPS
category in the historically most volatile period, with parallel product offer development and new capacity
release.
What makes me proud: all teams I have had the pleasure to work with, and my family."
